Tazin Rahman Ananya, lecturer of Anthropology at the department of Social Science & Humanities in Independent University, Bangladesh(IUB) completed her Bachelor of Social Science(B.S.S.) as well as Master of Social Science(M.S.S.) from department of Anthropology, Jahangirnagar University, achieving 1st place in both the exams. She worked as a freelance consultant for several organizations, such as- Care Bangladesh and Palladium Group for 2 years. She has intensive qualitative research experience with RMG sector workers in Bangladesh, funded by DFID and DFAD for ‘Sudokkho’. She also worked among asylum-seeker Ethiopian families in Jakarta, Indonesia on behalf of UNHCR. Before joining IUB, she used to work as a market researcher for Kantar MRB Bangladesh LTD. She also attended several international conferences.
