STUDENTS TO REPRESENT IUB IN KOREA AT THE 29TH INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FORUM

Three students from the Department of Media and Communication have been selected to attend The 29th International Youth Forum to be held in Seoul and Goyang City, Republic of Korea. The event will take place from 17-23 August, 2018. Selected students for the event are Naila Binte Zakaria, Wasi Noor Azam and Shafrin Islam. Naila Binte Zakaria is a writer who works in Showcase Magazine and writes freelance for different other organizations. Student selected for the 2018 Korean Government Invitation Program (KGIP)

Synthia Kainath Nur, student of Media and Communication department from Independent University, Bangladesh has been selected for the 2018 Korean Government Invitation Program (KGIP) for students from partner countries. She has been chosen by the recommendation of Professor Zakir Hossain Raju, Head of Media and Communication department. KGIP is a short-term training program, taking place in Korea, managed by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED), Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea.
